Ghanaian rapper Strongman has revealed the sole requirement that would motivate him to release a fresh track and maintain a consistent musical output.
Recognizing the widespread popularity of Afrobeats in today’s music scene, Strongman is determined to cater to rap enthusiasts and preserve the essence of hip-hop culture through his upcoming song.
In a bold move, he expressed his desire for pampering as the exclusive condition that would inspire him to grace the audience with his lyrical prowess.
He said on X: “These days if Ghanaians will be able to listen to a rap song unless Naasei is ready to drop 😂 If u guys don’t pamper me I won’t drop oo,” he said.
Strongman, in 2023, opened up about his rapid rise to fame and fortune after parting ways with Sarkodie’s SarkCess Music.
After Strongman’s contract with MicBurnez Music expired in 2017, the rapper signed with SarkCess Music; however, in 2019, he decided to dissolve his contract with the label.
In an interview with Kbn Nkansah, which Ama Sadat posted to Twitter, the rapper discussed how he had lately begun to have some achievements in his music career, including earning a lot of money and gaining popularity.
“When I was on the verge of leaving Sarkcess, that was probably when I first started making money with my music. He explained, “Before Sarkcess, I had some money, which I could use to buy a car, but I would rather spend it on other things.”
During the interview, the rapper thanked Sarkodie, the CEO of the record company, for supporting him as he grew as a musician. When comparing his time at Sarkcess Music to the present, Strongman Burner says he is much more at ease creatively.
