Stonebwoy’s road manager has fallen victim to a gunpoint robbery, prompting the musician to urge Ghanaians to provide any information that could assist in apprehending the criminals and recovering the stolen Benz vehicle.
The acclaimed artist appeared on the GTV Breakfast show, hosted by the tireless Kafui Dey, where he discussed this unfortunate incident.
According to Stonebwoy, the robbery occurred shortly after he had separated from his team, as the road manager was en route to drop off a friend.
He recounted how the assailants quickly surrounded them and seized a Benz C300 at gunpoint before escaping the scene.
While Stonebwoy expressed gratitude that no one was harmed during the incident, he emphasized the psychological toll it has taken.
In the aftermath, Stonebwoy’s manager, known as Chief, took to social media to alert the community about the increasing frequency of robberies in the East Legon area.
He also disclosed that he and his friend were robbed of additional valuables, including cash and mobile phones.
“Guys, y’all got to be very careful and vigilant of your surroundings. There’s a robbery syndicate raging, especially through the East Legon neighborhood. Myself and a friend fell victim last night. Got robbed of our phones, money, and car. Stay woke!” he wrote, urging everyone to be cautious.
