John Mahama’s prospects for the upcoming elections have received a significant boost with the addition of a new campaign song, courtesy of veteran singer and dancer Slim Buster, who currently resides in the UK.
Slim Buster, now a content creator, has been utilizing his platform to discuss entertainment and political news, expressing his dissatisfaction with the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and highlighting the declining state of the Ghanaian economy.
He further implored Ghanaians to reject the NPP and hold them accountable for their failure to address the hardships faced by the people.
In a video shared on Okay FM’s Instagram page, Slim Buster can be seen in a studio, previewing a portion of the song, which serves as a campaign anthem for John Mahama, while also rallying for increased support for him.
Presently, Ghanaians appear dissatisfied with the current administration and are open to the idea of giving Mahama another opportunity to lead the country.
Several political experts argue that John Dramani Mahama stands a good chance of winning the upcoming elections due to his proven ability to steer the nation in the right direction, especially considering the shortcomings of the NPP.
A significant number of religious leaders have already prophesied a triumph for Mahama over his main rival, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, who is both the flagbearer of the NPP and the current Vice President of Ghana.
