During a recent conversation with celebrity blogger Zionfelix, Sister Derby opened up about the events that led to her breakup with Medikal.
The focus has been on the two since they reconciled and performed together at the Planning and Plotting concert headlined by Medikal at 02 Indigo, which was a sold-out event.
The duo performed their 2016 hit song, Too Risky, to the delight of the audience. Speculations about them rekindling their romance have been circulating due to their joint performance and rumours of Medikal parting ways with Fella.
However, after the concert, Derby shared the heartbreaking moments of her past relationship with the former TGMA Rapper of the Year, revealing that she gave him too much space, respecting his privacy and granting him freedom that he took advantage of by cheating on her with multiple women.
Away from that, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo expressed his opinion on a significant moment during the 02 Indigo concert, where Medikal and Sister Derby performed together on stage.
This particular segment of the concert has garnered a lot of attention, mainly because Sister Derby and Medikal were previously involved in a romantic relationship but later went their separate ways, with Medikal marrying Fella Makafui.
Interestingly, Derby, who accused Medikal of cheating on her with Fella Makafui, the same woman he eventually married and had a child named Island Frimpong with, is now divorced from Fella Makafui.
Therefore, when the two artists took to the stage to perform, Ghanaians eagerly joined in the discussion with their own interpretations.
However, Arnold believes that there was nothing wrong with the two of them reigniting their chemistry on stage.
According to Arnold, the song they performed, Too Risky was one of Medikal’s biggest hits when it was released.
He argued that this song even earned Medikal seven nominations at the TGMAs, although he did not win any of them.
