Award-winning Ghanaian musician Kofi Kinaata has reassured his fans that he is safe and well after reports of a serious car accident involving him went viral.
The news, which spread rapidly across social media platforms, left many of his supporters concerned for his safety.
In a Facebook Live update, Kinaata shared details of the accident, addressing the widespread worry. “We are fine, no one is dead… we were on our way to a show and had a head-on collision with a motorbike,” the singer stated, sounding calm but clearly shaken by the event.
He explained further, “There were two people on the motorbike, and they are currently in critical condition, but my team and I are fine.”
Kinaata, known for his humility and connection with his fanbase, took a moment to express his profound gratitude.
“I am thankful for the outpouring of love and concern from all of you. Your messages have meant a lot during this time,” he said, acknowledging the immense support he received after the news broke.
