The singer and actress took to Instagram to reveal their first collaborative album, I Said I Love You First, scheduled for release on March 21, 2025. Expressing her excitement, Gomez called it a deeply personal project with her “best friend.”
The album’s lead single, Scared of Loving You, debuted on February 13, 2025, accompanied by a heartfelt music video featuring the couple.

The song delves into themes of love, fear, and vulnerability, capturing the essence of their relationship.
Gomez and Blanco’s professional partnership dates back to 2015 when Blanco co-produced tracks on her Revival album.
Their romance became public in December 2023, and a year later, they announced their engagement. Blanco reportedly went through several redesigns before finalizing the marquise-shaped diamond ring that Gomez now wears.
With I Said I Love You First, the couple aims to share their love story through music, blending their unique styles into a project that fans are eagerly anticipating. The full album drops on March 21, 2025.
