Ghanaian entrepreneur Osei Kwame Desoite a successful businessman and the CEO of Despite Media based in Ghana donated 200,000 to the Mampong- Akuapem School for the Deaf on the celebration of his 61st birthday on February 2, 2023.
Osei Kwame Despite is a Ghanaian entrepreneur and philanthropist who has experience in the music industry and a background in broadcasting. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Despite Firm Ltd, a trading company with subsidiaries in the media industry, including UTV, PEACE FM, OKAY FM, NEAT FM, and HELLO FM in Kumasi.
Despite went to the Mampong-Akuapem Demonstration School for the Deaf as part of the celebrations. For the benefit of the students, he gave two hundred thousand Ghanaian cedis (GHC200,000), as well as food and personal hygiene supplies including bottled water, soft beverages, bags of rice, liters of cooking oil, beds, and pillows.
Dr. Despite’s friends’ excessive display of wealth at the party he hosted on Thursday overtook online discussion. Despite’s children and other family members attended his birthday party, which was covered by United TV and a number of bloggers.
