As the CEO of Despite Firm Ltd, a renowned trade company, he oversees various subsidiaries in the media industry, including UTV, PEACE FM, OKAY FM, NEAT FM, and HELLO FM in Kumasi.
In recognition of his remarkable achievements, Osei-Kwame was bestowed with the prestigious Africa Entrepreneur of the Year award at the African Achievers Awards in the United Kingdom in 2021.
