Nhyiraba Kojo has brought to light the pervasive corruption that thrives in companies and the ongoing issue of theft by his employees at his business.

As the CEO of NK City Nightclub in Cape Coast, Accra, and Takoradi, the Ghanaian businessman and musician said his workers have been stealing from him but despite the setback, he will keep investing despite the thefts occurring at his establishment.

He remarked, “It’s crazy but you have to be strong I mean it’s everywhere because even someone who has established a small business in a container will tell you it’s not been easy.

“As compared to you who want to do big business to reach all over the place, it’s not something which is so flexible but still we have to do it irrespective of the challenges.

“Sometimes when you love doing something so much or you’re passionate about something you feel like doing it even when your workers are stealing from you.

“My workers do steal from me a lot and it’s like even when they are stealing then you continue to invest in the business so I feel honoured to be a hustler who has established a business to employ others,2 he said in an interview on Property FM.
