Ghanaian TikTok personality and influencer, Osanju Frimpong Elvis, has sadly passed away. He died on Sunday, 31st August 2025, leaving his fans and the online community in shock.

Just a few hours before his passing, Osanju had shared a video of himself watching Barcelona’s 1-1 draw with Rayo Vallecano in the Spanish La Liga. In the clip, he looked a little disappointed with the result but appeared healthy and in good spirits — making the news of his sudden death even harder to take in.

The cause of his death has not yet been confirmed. However, Osanju had been open about his health struggles. In one of his interviews, he revealed, “My blood is clotting, and I’m yet to figure out what is causing this. I’m running some tests, the quality clotting profile test. I hope everything turns out great.”

He went on to share how costly his treatment had become, admitting that he had to sell some of his personal belongings to keep up with his medical bills. At the same time, he expressed deep gratitude to kind people he had met through TikTok who donated money to help him buy medicine: “It got to a point where the treatment had become expensive, and I had to sell my personal belongings to pay for my medical bills. Through TikTok, I met some kind people who donated money to help me buy my medicines.”

For many of his followers, Osanju’s passing is not just the loss of a content creator, but of someone who inspired others with his honesty, resilience, and determination to stay positive even in the face of illness.

He will be deeply missed.
