Actor Clement Boney, known as Mr. Beautiful, has advocated for polygamy during an interview on Property FM, asserting that it is often criticized by financially struggling men.
He pointed out that the idea of men having multiple wives tends to provoke resentment among those without financial means, who often belittle its importance and disparage those who practice it.
Mr. Beautiful emphasized that it is typically men lacking financial resources who criticize polygamy.
In contrast, he observed that wealthy men are more inclined to appreciate and enjoy the concept of polygamy compared to their less affluent counterparts.
“In this world, if you don’t have money and people are talking about having multiple wives you would see it as a nonsense issue,” he argued
“When you are broke or poor and they’re discussing people who have married about two or three wives you would get angry and say it’s stupid,” he added.
