Obour Should Prepare to Explain His Deeds at Ghana Post—Sam George Fires Back

Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram, Sam George, has hit back at former Ghana Post Managing Director, Bice Osei Kuffour, popularly known as Obour, over his comments on the dismissal of post-election recruits.

Obour recently questioned the government’s decision to terminate workers’ contracts recruited at Ghana Post after the December 7, 2024 elections.

However, Sam George, in a sharp response, suggested that Obour should rather prepare to answer for alleged questionable dealings during his tenure at Ghana Post.

“Obour has offered to help. His offer is welcome. Not to explain post-December 7th, 2024 recruitment but rather the shady deals he engaged in as MD of Ghana Post,” Sam George stated.

He further hinted that Obour would soon have to account for his actions while leading Ghana Post. “He would have his hands full soon in explaining his deeds at Ghana Post. He should exercise some patience,” he added.

The exchange has stirred public interest, with many waiting to see if further revelations will emerge regarding Obour’s tenure at Ghana Post.
