Nigerian Comedian Dr Craze Reveals How Christian Atsu Paid His School Fees When His Father Died

As a plethora of tributes continues to flood social media in honour of former Ghana winger Christian Atsu, Nigerian comedian Dr Craze has revealed how the deceased came to his rescue when his father died and all hope was gone.

The mainstream skit maker whose real name is Emmanuel Iwueke, also known as Craze Clown, revealed that Atsu had paid his school fees until he graduated following the passing of his father.

The footballer, according to Craze Clown, had been supporting him since 2015 and contacted him for assistance following the passing of his father. The comedian thanked Atsu for his friendship and support in a tribute message on Twitter and said he would miss him dearly.

“When I lost my dad, he l reached out and offered to pay my fees till I graduated and he did. You’ve been a great friend of mine, Chris, and I will surely miss you. I really can’t hold back the tears. Rest well brother.”
