Choppenson, a video director from Nigeria, has taken to social media to demand the $5,000 he claims Shatta Wale owes him for his services.
Apparently, having tried all means to recover the money through other channels, Choppenson resorted to posting a video online to address the issue.
In the video, which is gradually gaining momentum online, Choppenson explained that Shatta Wale had initially hired him for a three-day project in Tamale.

However, after completing the project, Shatta Wale asked him to stay longer to work on more projects due to their longstanding professional relationship.
Choppenson, who had directed 13 music videos for Shatta Wale in the past, agreed to the extension.
Following the completion of his obligations under the extended agreement, Choppenson alleges that Shatta Wale and his team have been evading him and failing to fulfil the agreed-upon payment.
Choppenson asserts that although Shatta Wale initially committed to paying $15,000, he has neglected to settle the remaining $5,000 owed for the services rendered.
Shatta Wale has not reacted to this situation yet. Considering his brash personality, it wouldn’t be unexpected if this escalates into a prolonged conflict that lasts for days.
