Amidst growing controversy, Prophet Emmanuel Akwasi Boakye, popularly known as Ogyaba, has responded to allegations made by his former side chick, Cassie, who went public with claims of neglect and threats to her life.
Despite the storm, Ogyaba insists that his wife remains unshaken and fully supportive of him.
“When my wife saw the videos from the girl, she called her childish,” he said.
“My wife said instead of Cassie staying quiet and enjoying her position as a side chick, she wanted to overtake her and be promoted to wife. We laughed about it, and that was the end of our discussion on the matter.”
Cassie, who served as the lead chorister in Ogyaba’s church, released a series of videos and audio recordings detailing their alleged affair, including claims that she was left to struggle with a pregnancy.
Her revelations have sparked widespread criticism and debates, with some condemning the preacher while others question Cassie’s own role in the situation.
However, Ogyaba appears unfazed, stating that while the public is dragging him, his wife has been standing by him.
“While the world has been criticizing me, my wife has been wiping my tears and making light of the situation,” he said.
