During a recent interaction with reporters, gospel singer Diana Asamoah has made it clear that she has no intention of engaging in the ongoing criticism from US-based Ghanaian journalist Kevin Taylor.
The gospel icon, known for her grace and resilience, dismissed Taylor’s harsh words, asserting that she is beyond the insults hurled her way.
Asamoah, elegantly dressed in a striking red gown, was met by a group of reporters eager to get her thoughts on Taylor’s public outbursts.
Kevin Taylor, who is often critical of public figures, had recently directed some of his comments towards her. But to Asamoah, his words carry no weight.
“I’m not going to entertain the outbursts of people who lack depth,” Diana Asamoah stated calmly, referring to Taylor without naming him outright. In a poised response, she made it clear that such distractions have no place in her life.
When asked whether she felt hurt or bothered by Taylor’s remarks, she responded with grace: “I have risen above the level of insult that Kevin attempts to impose on me.
“I have no time to be distracted by people like him. My focus is on my life and the work that God has entrusted me with.”
Diana, whose career spans years of inspiring and uplifting gospel music, is known for staying grounded in her values despite external pressures.
