Nigerian media personality and actress Omotunde Adebowale, popularly known as Adaku or Lolo1, has candidly shared her unconventional taste in men, sparking a lively discussion about modern dating preferences.
Speaking during an interview on Oyinmomo TV, the vibrant entertainer revealed her attraction to younger men, describing her ideal partner as someone who exudes charm and a distinctive sense of style.
“My tastes in men are very weird,” she began with a laugh. “I don’t like old people. I like younger men with long hair and earrings. Someone who is visually appealing.”
For Lolo1, aesthetics and personal expression seem to trump traditional considerations like age, a sentiment she unapologetically owns.

Reflecting on traditional expectations in relationships, she remarked, “Gone are those days when you will be looking for a God-fearing man.
“Are you even God-fearing yourself?” The comment, made with her trademark humor, underscored a shift in her priorities and an emphasis on authenticity rather than conforming to societal norms.
Known for her bubbly personality and love for the finer things in life, Lolo1 also shared her disdain for certain cultural stereotypes about dating.
“I like good things. And I’ll find it difficult to connect with any man that isn’t Eurocentric because I’m a fine-dining girl.
“You won’t catch me on a date at an amala spot,” she added, highlighting her preference for upscale experiences over casual or traditional settings.
