Ghanaian entertainment pundit, MC Portfolio, has voiced his concerns about Stonebwoy’s approach to his ongoing feud with fellow dancehall artist Shatta Wale.
Speaking about the tension in an interview with Zionfelix on January 21, 2025, MC Portfolio did not shy away from pointing out where he believed Stonebwoy could have handled the situation better.
“Oh yes! I didn’t agree, and I equally disapproved when Shatta Wale mocked him for his disability,” he said, referencing a past incident that caused widespread controversy. “Because Shatta Wale might have fans who are amputees and bedridden, so how would his fans feel about it?”
MC Portfolio highlighted how these public feuds often ripple through fan bases, affecting perceptions and morale.

He added, “We also have fans who brag about Stonebwoy’s constant silence when Shatta Wale comes at him. And I am sure people even bet that he wasn’t going to respond to Shatta Wale’s insult, so, how would such people feel?”
The conversation took a more reflective turn when MC Portfolio urged Stonebwoy to consider the broader implications of his actions.
He pointed out the dancehall star’s academic achievements and societal influence, suggesting that his stature demands a higher standard of conduct.
“If Stonebwoy goes on such a way, it doesn’t play in his favour because he has the degrees, and this is someone I have tipped for running a political office someday.
Also, he has a respectable family, and if the other opponent is coming at him, he would go extreme or attack his family.”
