Former President John Mahama is facing a lawsuit regarding the appointment of Anthony Sarpong as the head of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).
The suit was filed by Emmanuella Sarfoah, who claims the appointment is unlawful.
The writ of summons states, “An action had been commenced against you by the above-named Plaintiff.” It orders Mahama to respond within eight days of receiving the document.
