Method-Man and Nas, two of the most influential figures in hip hop, collaborated on this raw rap track dubbed, Better Than Ever.
The Nasir bin Olu Dara Jones, better know by his stage name Nas, has had a great run last year with a chat topping album ‘King Disease III’, a follow up album to ‘King Disease I’ and ‘Kind Disease II’.
The album also made it to No. 2 on Rolling Stone ‘The 25 Best Hip-Hop Albums of 2022’, and No.14 on Complex ‘The Best Albums Of 2022.’
Since the release of his debut album, Illmatic, in 1994, Nas has refused to become irrelevant like his counterparts, and there is no question that he is still a force to be reckoned with.
On the other hand, Clifford Smith, Jr., better known as Method Man came through and delivered a better album than we usually get from him in 2022; ‘Meth Lab 3: The Rehab,’ a third instalment of his Meth Lab series.
It is safe to say that the Wu-Tang swordsman is an even more formidable MC now than he was back in 1993, when he first drew blood with his comrades.
