Ghanaian artiste Darryl Paa Kwesi Bannerman-Martin, known under the stage name Joey B has once again graced the music scene with the release of his latest 3-track EP, ‘Darryl Wuz Here.’ The surprise project dropped Tuesday, December 19, 2023, making a mark in entertainment in Ghana.
Kicking off the EP is ‘Acis Gunx,’ a trap anthem reminiscent of the distinctive style pioneered by Migos. The track boasts a trap-infused beat, capturing the essence of the genre’s originators. Joey B’s delivery adds a unique touch, infusing his own flair into the trap vibes.
The second track, titled ‘Linkin Park,’ takes an unexpected turn as a skit. Listeners are treated to a conversational exchange between two friends, with one praising the other for his remarkable swiftness. This intriguing addition adds a playful and comedic element to the EP.
Transitioning into the third track, ‘Sujie,’ Joey B shifts gears, delivering a contemporary highlife experience.
