Kumawood actor and filmmaker Lilwin has been involved in a car accident in Amakom, a suburb of Kumasi in the Ashanti region.
Reports indicate that Lilwin, along with two others, was travelling to an undisclosed radio station for an interview to promote his film, A Country Called Ghana when his Salon Benz car collided with another vehicle.
Lilwin and the other passengers suffered injuries and were promptly taken to the Accident and Emergency Unit of the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
The accident took place on Saturday morning in front of the Grace Baptist Church at Amakom.
