Jesus Guerrero, a highly sought-after hairstylist known for working with Kylie Jenner, Jennifer Lopez, and other A-list celebrities, is dead.
Guerrero, just 34, passed away on February 23, 2025, following a period of unexplained illness that left his family searching for answers.
Guerrero had reportedly been feeling unwell for months, but his condition worsened during a work trip to Dubai with Jennifer Lopez.
While in Dubai, he sought medical attention but continued to struggle with his health. Upon his return to the United States, he was hospitalized, but his condition rapidly declined, leading to his unexpected passing.
His family, devastated and confused, has been trying to piece together what led to his sudden illness.
His sister, Gris Guerrero, expressed their anguish, saying, “We have been able to track every one of his steps, but we don’t know what got him sick or what was [the] sickness. It all happened suddenly, and no one knows why.”
Among those most affected is Kylie Jenner, who shared a close personal and professional bond with Guerrero for nearly a decade.
Heartbroken, she took to social media to express her grief, revealing that sleeping has been difficult since his passing. In a touching gesture, Jenner also covered the expenses for his funeral, easing the burden on his grieving family.

Other celebrities, including Katy Perry, also paid tribute, describing him as a kind soul who radiated warmth and positivity wherever he went.
Perry’s words reflected the deep loss felt by those who knew him, as she said, “It was easy to love you.”
