Kodak Black has hit hard at critics of his appearance while making a guest appearance on Don Toliver’s track Brother Stone.
The song is part of Toliver’s latest album, Hardstone Psycho, which dropped on June 14th. In one of his verses, Kodak directly addresses his detractors and defends himself against those who mock his looks.
“Bitches say I’m ugly, they can kiss my ass/N-ggas hatin’ on me but they copy my swag/Fuck respect and love, as long as these n-ggas don’t do shit to me/Throw shots all you want, as long as shit’s not literally,” he raps on the song.
This isn’t the first time Kodak Black has had words for people who have criticized his appearance.
In an Instagram video posted in 2022, he said: “Y’all stop playin’ with me, man. Sometime people in the ShadeRoom comments try to play me like I’m ugly or somethin’. I never been ugly and I’m rich as fuck. And I fuck good, ya heard me?”
“I mean, you know it sound cool, look cool when y’all try to down a n-gga in the comments, like, ‘We do know our bitches don’t want to fuck on him,’ ‘Who let him get ’em pregnant’ and all of this crazy-ass shit.”
He added: “Bitch, you fool! I jump in any of y’all hoes DMs and y’all gon’ bite back. I catch y’all ass in public and I’m flashin’ on me, y’all gon’ do it, homie. I fuck amazin’, ya heard me? And I’m rich as hell. You can’t beat it.”
