Ghanaian rapper Ko-Jo Cue has just dropped the official music video for “Mac Tontoh,” the opening track from his latest album, “I’m Back.”
Released on November 16, 2023, the album marks a significant return for the artiste, and the visuals for “Mac Tontoh” serve as a powerful introduction to this new era of his career.
The “Mac Tontoh” video captures the essence of Ko-Jo Cue’s homage to the legendary Ghanaian musician of the same name, blending vibrant visuals with a nostalgic yet fresh sound.
The album follows Ko-Jo Cue’s previous offerings, including “Free Throw” and a memorable performance at the BET Hip-Hop Awards 2023 Cypher, further solidifying his position as one of Ghana’s most creative hip-hop artistes.
The 7-track album features impeccable deliveries from Bigg Homie Flee, Joey B, Kweku Smoke, Kwaku DMC, Ypee, Strongman, Kay-Ara, and Ria Boss.
Track 4, “32,” has also contributed to the beef between Kweku Smoke and Strongman.
