The leadership of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) has announced that they will be hosting the renowned American contemporary gospel group, Maverick City Music, and Kirk Franklin in Ghana for a grand performance to conclude their annual Greater Works Conference.

Scheduled for Sunday, August 18, 2024, this highly awaited concert is considered a significant event for Christians nationwide, promising a memorable spiritual experience with impactful and moving performances.

The concert is included in Maverick City Music’s highly anticipated Kingdom World Tour. This transformative global worship movement aims to promote spiritual renewal and unity among worshippers worldwide, providing a memorable experience with God through powerful performances.

Kirk Franklin is an American gospel singer, choir director, record producer, and rapper.

He is renowned for his leadership in urban contemporary gospel and Christian R&B groups like The Family, God’s Property, and One Nation Crew (1NC).

With an impressive 20 Grammy Awards to his name, Franklin has been recognized by Variety as the “Reigning King of Urban Gospel” and was among the first inductees into the Black Music & Entertainment Walk of Fame.

Maverick City Music is an American contemporary worship music collective founded by Norman Gyamfi and Jonathan Jay originating from Atlanta. Maverick City Music’s accolades include 5 Grammy Awards, 4 GMA Dove Awards, 1 Billboard Music Award, and 1 Soul Train Music Award.
