Ken Ofori-Atta no longer a wanted person – OSP

The Special Prosecutor of Ghana has announced that Kenneth Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta is no longer considered a wanted man.

This decision comes after he reportedly announced he would fully cooperate with the OSP.

On February 18, 2025, the Special Prosecutor stated, “Ofori-Atta has been removed from the OSP’s list of wanted individuals, as he has complied with the necessary procedures regarding his case.”

Ofori-Atta had faced scrutiny and was previously declared wanted, but his cooperation has led to this change in status.

The Special Prosecutor emphasized, “We are committed to ensuring due process and accountability.”

The OSP will continue to manage the investigation, reaffirming its dedication to a fair and transparent process moving forward.
