The woman who accused Jay-Z of rape has doubled down on her claims, insisting she is terrified of him but remains resolute in her stance.
According to TMZ, she alleges that attempts were made to pressure her into signing an affidavit retracting her accusations—something she refused to do.
She also denied that her attorney, Tony Buzbee, had approached her or offered her money to pursue false allegations.

In October 2024, she filed a lawsuit claiming that Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs sexually assaulted her at an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in 2000 when she was just 13 years old.
However, her legal team voluntarily dismissed the case on February 14, 2025.
Jay-Z has since responded with a defamation lawsuit against both his accuser and her attorneys, Tony Buzbee and David Fortney.
Filed on March 3, 2025, the suit asserts that the allegations were knowingly false and deliberately intended to damage his reputation, reportedly costing him millions in lost business deals.
