The controversy surrounding Prophet Emmanuel Akwasi Boakye, widely known as Prophet Ogyaba, continues to escalate as new developments emerge.
Amid the backlash, the preacher has acknowledged a significant decline in his church’s membership.
“I have lost over 30 members in my church,” Ogyaba admitted, following revelations of his affair with Lady Cassie, a member of his congregation.

He further disclosed that he had spent approximately GH₵370,000 (about $60,000) on Cassie during their relationship, including GH₵100,000 to rent and furnish an apartment for her.
Social media users have not held back in their criticism, with many expressing disappointment and accusing the prophet of disgracing Christianity.
Some have even advised his remaining congregants to leave the church, arguing that such actions should serve as a warning to other men of God who exploit their followers.
