A 58-year-old Ghanaian man has shocked many after revealing that he has remained a virgin his entire life as part of a vow to God—but is now ready to get married.

Speaking on Kasapa FM’s show hosted by Akosua Ahwenepa, he confidently stated, “No child, no wife, no girlfriend. That is the standard.”

He explained that his commitment to celibacy began in childhood when he fell in love with the sound of the piano in church, inspiring him to dedicate his life to God.

While he initially wanted to be a pastor, he later decided to simply remain faithful to God, a promise he has kept for 58 years.

However, in a twist that left the host stunned, he revealed, “Yes, I want to get married now.” When Akosua asked if he was ready to break his virginity, he laughed and teased, “There are things I will tell you off-air.”

His revelation has sparked reactions, with many intrigued by his story and his newfound desire to embrace marriage after decades of celibacy.
