It Pays To Make Classic Songs- 50 Cent Says After ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin’ Made History In Spotify

50 Cent has imparted valuable wisdom to the emerging generation of artists, urging them to invest ample time and effort into crafting timeless songs that will withstand the trials of time and remain eternally relevant.

This insightful advice comes in the wake of his monumental achievement, as his debut album “Get Rich or Die Tryin'” surpassed an astounding four billion streams on Spotify.

Taking to social media on Sunday (November 5), the esteemed G-Unit leader not only celebrated this remarkable milestone but also shared his profound insights with aspiring young rappers.

“See why I be saying take your time make it a classic. Over 4 billion Spotify streams,” he captioned the post.

“50 you had me wanting to get shot so bad man,” one fan joked in the comment section.

Another added: “And The worlds population is 8 billion ….do the math. The [GOAT].”

On February 6, 2003, the highly anticipated album “Get Rich or Die Tryin'” was released through a collaboration between Interscope, Dr. Dre’s Aftermath, Eminem’s Shady Records, and 50 Cent’s G-Unit Records.

Impressively, the album made its debut at the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart, with an astounding 872,000 copies sold in its initial week. Furthermore, it has achieved a remarkable 9x platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
