Ghanaian DJ Michael Mensah Ashley, popularly known as DJ Ashmen, has admitted that he is stubborn but has a soft spot for women.
In an exclusive interview with Tru News Report, DJ Ashmen discussed his preferences regarding women, stating that he is attracted to women with whom he can be able to play with in a relationships.
“This conversation, I know it will bring problems, but I will say it. The whole thing is, I like a woman that I can play with, a woman who can be my friend… I want a woman who has vibe… Yes, I like thick women, but that is not the ultimate. I want a woman who can be my friend,” he stated.
“So if I see a woman and I connect with you! that instant vibe, trust me, I’m stubborn, but my heart is very weak, so if I see a woman like that, I like it… I like women who are a bit thick… but that is not all I look up to, No. If I see a woman who is free-spirited like me, good to go…”
He continued by expressing his view on the role of women in the home, stating that women should try to create an atmosphere of harmony, tolerance, and mutual understanding.
“A woman’s responsibility is to give you peace, understanding, and a conducive environment to operate. If a woman does not cook for me, I can cook, all my friends or any woman I have dated will tell you.”
“I don’t remember the last time a woman washed my clothes for me, not because I didn’t want them to wish it, but because I could do it myself. That’s how I was trained. Today, we even have washing machines, you put the clothes inside, and it is done, so if the woman is not around, you can do it as a man,” he added
DJ Ashmen is a highly knowledgeable and experienced DJ who has gained an excellent reputation in entertainment in Ghana. With a successful career that has lasted for many years, DJ Ashmen has consistently pushed Ghanaian music.
