Artist Kurl Songx has disclosed that he continues to earn substantial income from his track ‘Jennifer Lomotey,’ which features Sarkodie.

In an interview with Amansan Krakye, he elaborated on how the hit song continues to generate revenue for him, expressing his satisfaction in creating a work that can provide financial support for years to come.

He also mentioned that while he will keep benefiting from the song, it differs from the way some artists in other countries enjoy ongoing profits from a single hit.

“Jennifer Lomotey was a big song and I continue to enjoy the fruits from that song and up till now, that’s what I used to make money from most of the shows that I performed.

“The Jennifer Lomotey song has been beneficial to me and I’ll continue to reap the monetary rewards from it whenever I’m booked to perform at events.

He added; “Just like we know that in certain countries abroad just one song can make you enjoy the fruits of your creativity forever so we also hope the same thing will happen in Ghana as we progress

“With the music industry I know we started from somewhere and things will get better as we move along to have the benefits that others are enjoying in some parts of the world,” he said.
