Reflecting on his involvement with Stonebwoy’s Bhim Nation, he explained that while he has shown unwavering support for the movement, his dedication is entirely voluntary.
“I think Stonebwoy can restrict me only if he puts me on his payroll and employs me as someone tasked with promoting the Bhim Nation agenda,” he stated.
“But I have volunteered because that gentleman has shown me love. So, it’s not about money. I have volunteered to reciprocate the same energy. He hasn’t put me on payroll, and I don’t work for Bhim Nation.”

“If I knew then what I know now, I would have done things differently,” he admits. “I was overwhelmed by the excitement of what Stonebwoy was doing for me, which led me to declare myself a Bhim Native, not realizing it came with so much responsibility.”

The role of a journalist in such a heated rivalry has its own set of challenges. MC Portfolio expressed his current struggle with maintaining neutrality, especially when it comes to reporting on the actions of Shatta Wale, a frequent adversary of Stonebwoy.
“I’m not even supposed to interact with Wale. I’m a journalist, and we know Shatta Wale recently performed in Jamaica, but if I discuss this on the radio, they’ll consider it a violation of the Bhim Nation allegiance,” he revealed.
