“I will run for president one day and give you policies that will improve your lives,” he declared. His remarks come at a time when many Ghanaians, especially younger voters, are disillusioned with the political establishment and are searching for leaders who understand their struggles.
Shatta Wale’s frustrations with the current political system were evident in his words. “Our politicians see you as nothing but junkies and don’t care about offering you a better standard of living,” he stated, voicing his dissatisfaction with the way politicians treat ordinary citizens.
