Adejare Kosoko, the four-year-old daughter of celebrity couple Simi and Adekunle Gold, has made a firm decision to stay in America and never return to Nigeria.
The little girl expressed her strong attachment and fondness for the US, confessing in her innocent manner how much she longed for the country.
This incident occurred when Simi and her husband arrived in the US and were travelling in a car to an undisclosed location.
Deja suddenly began shouting enthusiastically, declaring her determination to remain in America forever, as she deeply missed the country.
Adekunle couldn’t contain his laughter, and Simi joined in as well.
The girl said; “I love America, I will never leave America, I miss you deeply, I miss you deeply, and I miss you chicken”.
The couple shared the news of their baby’s arrival via their Instagram accounts on Sunday, June 7, 2020, following the birth on May 30.
Simi made her pregnancy public on April 19, 2020, her birthday, with the release of her single Duduke, a tribute to her unborn child. She was captured tenderly holding her baby bump in the music video.
“I cannot wait to see you, you are the treasure I have been waiting for…I am waiting for the day I finally get to kiss you,” she said in the song.
Simi took to Instagram to share a photo of Adekunle holding the hands of their daughter with the caption, “Adejare Kosoko. It’s like free-falling – this unending, soul snatching, infinite, mind-boggling love. Deja, my baby girl, I got you. We got you. I promise. Now and forever. So help me God. 5.30.2020.”
