Eno Barony has provided valuable insights into her music career during her appearance on DJ Slim’s Loud Lounge podcast.
The Ghanaian female rapper revealed that she began honing her skills at a young age. However, due to her strict religious upbringing, she had to suppress her talent for some time.
Eno also mentioned that the senior high school she attended was a breeding ground for future Ghanaian superstars.
Notably, she shared that Sarkodie, Stay Jay, Yaw Siki, and Stonebwoy were all her schoolmates. While Stonebwoy was her peer, the others were her seniors.
Furthermore, Eno highlighted that her father, who was a pastor, had a deep interest in music and even wrote his songs. She recalled accompanying him to the recording studios, which sparked her strong passion for music.
In addition to this, Eno revealed that she began writing her songs, drawing inspiration from the art of poetry.
Eno Barony also revealed that even before she gained fame, she had predicted that she would become Africa’s top female rapper.
In addition, Eno Barony opened up about her relationships with fellow industry colleagues Strongman and Medikal. She clarified that her feud with Medikal is purely for showbiz, as he is actually one of her closest friends.
Eno expressed her admiration for Medikal’s energy and the fresh vibe he brought to the music industry. She reminisced about the first time she crossed paths with Medikal, which happened to be at Criss Waddle’s residence.
