I Was Told I Wouldn’t Grow Past 21 Years Because I was Sickle Cell – Nacee”

Award-winning Ghanaian gospel musician, Nacee, has shared his testimony of how he beat the odds after being told he wouldn’t live past 21 years due to sickle cell disease.

Taking to his Facebook page in a recent post, Nacee shared his story along with a video of American therapist Sean Stephenson, emphasizing that despite being diagnosed with sickle cell, he has surpassed expectations.

“I was told I wouldn’t surpass the age of 20 or 21 because I had sickle cell… I’m almost hitting my fifth decade… God is the ultimate decider of your life.. trust only him,” the artist wrote.

Nacee, whose single “Aseda” is currently the biggest gospel song in Ghanaian entertainment, boasts decades of music experience.
