In a recent interview on Hitz FM, Bisa KDei discussed the reasons behind his decision to part ways with his previous management team.

He explained to Andy Dosty that his professional goals were not in sync with those of his former team, which hindered his progress and prompted him to seek new opportunities for personal growth.

Nevertheless, Bisa KDei emphasized that he maintains a friendly rapport with his former management, despite the termination of their professional relationship.

“When you see that you’re growing and the pace at which you are moving some people with you are lagging, you have to move on.

“It happens, Andy. I know you have worked in the past with people who you have had to move on because you were moving and they were stuck where they were, so you had to move on.”

He continued, “I stopped working with some of my boys, but they came back and have left. It happens, but you should always think about your career first.”

Bisa Kdei pointed out that regardless of ending the working relationship with his management team, he has a very cordial relationship with them.
