Evelyn Owusu, also known as Adepa Ella, has shared her perspective on the death rumours surrounding her husband, actor Wayoosi, and how it significantly impacted their relationship.
In an interview with AMBASSADOR TV, Adepa revealed that when Wayoosi was battling kidney ailments and seemed to have reached a point of no return, she almost lost hope.
Adepa expressed her deep sadness over the hardships Wayoosi endured, emphasizing that it is unjust to wish someone dead when they are still alive and in good health.
“I got disturbed and distracted when I see death rumours about my husband and I don’t know what those who are spreading that false news want to achieve,” she told Osei Kwadwo, the interviewer.
“What Wayoosi went through was very disheartening and it is unfair to wish him dead while he is alive and well. When I read such news I feel disturbed”, she lamented
“I nearly gave up when Wayoosi was on the hospital bed but his faith and good heart encouraged me to do more to support him.
It wasn’t easy for me to stand but I was able to stand because I believed the Lord I served is a miracle-working God. I cried a lot when I see him but thank God he is doing very well”, she disclosed
“Some people who wished Wayoosi dead are dead and gone but Wayoosi is still alive. Their plans to put Wayoosi and his family including me in pain will revert to them because we serve a leaving God,”she said defiantly.
