Prior to his electrifying performance at the Afro Nation festival in Accra, American rapper, Meek Mill, posted about losing his phone in the crowd.
“They pickpocketed me for my phone,” he said in his Instagram Story.” But the rapper now says he may have misplaced the Iphone 14 instead.
The phone was later found not long after fellow artiste Shatta Wale made a post on Twitter asking that the phone be returned since the rapper equally belongs to the street and didn’t deserve that.
In an interesting turn of events however, police announced on December 30, 2022, that it had arrested a man named Nuhu Sule, alias Ababaawa, who was wanted in connection with the theft of the phone.
Hours after the police made their statement, Mill tweeted that he had no idea how he’d misplaced his phone and that all he cared about now was getting it back.
