Kumawood actor Akwasi Asamoah, known widely to his fans as Big Akwes has said that he is very much aware he is not good-looking.

Moreover, he disclosed that his trademark ‘Papa Ajasco’ hairstyle which many thought he deliberately incorporated into his brand is actually a ‘disability’ after all.

According to him, he actually has alopecia, a condition that prevents the growth of hair. In the video that was uploaded to his social media, the actor lamented his appearance and admitted that he wasn’t as attractive as other males in the industry.

Ridiculously, he said that anyone who can stay up all night with him may as well drink champagne for tea, adding that those individuals are really brave. He said this in a video uploaded by Ghpage TV.

Big Akwes was in the news recently when he attacked his younger colleague Oboy Frank Naro, accusing him of seeking to sacrifice celebrities for fame. Given that Big Akwes posted a video on social media criticizing Frank Naro and levelling serious accusations against him, it appears that there is a gap between the two celebrities.

You might remember that Frank Naro recently hosted a huge end-of-year celebration for his Kumawood actors, many of whom showed up. The occasion featured a large number of artists and was one of the biggest in Kumasi. According to reports, gospel performers Joyce Blessing appeared during the performance.

However, in a video that has surfaced online, Big Akwes claims that Frank Naro had another reason for throwing the party. The actor claims that when Frank Nero went to a shrine for career guidance, he was advised to make some of his movie industry colleagues sacrifice in order to advance in life.

He continued by saying that Frank Nero wanted the majority of artists and actresses to be hurt or killed in accidents so he could utilize their blood in his sacrifice. Big Akwes requested that Frank Naro substitute his ex-girlfriend for the other actors and use her instead.
