Kumasi rapper Kweku Darlington has shared insights into his personal life during an interview on Joy Prime, disclosing that he has never been in a romantic relationship.
He stated that, as he has not engaged in any sexual encounters with women, he considers himself a virgin.
While discussing his latest single, ‘Grateful to Your Ex,’ he was questioned about whether he had ever kissed anyone, to which he responded that he has not had any experiences with women.
“I’ve not even dated before. I think I’m the only virgin left in Ghana right now. I’ve been on this earth for more than 20 years, and I’ve never slept with any lady. I have a mission on this earth just to do music,” Kweku Darlington said.
He further explained that, as a creative individual, the song does not specifically reflect his personal experiences, as he has never been in a relationship. He emphasized that he intends to wait until marriage for intimacy.
Additionally, he stated that his focus is not on winning awards or garnering nominations. Rather, he aims to produce music that is both meaningful and timeless, to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
“I just want to make good music; people listen to my songs; I get to perform on shows; I get my money; and I create deals with people,” he said.
