Ghanaian actress Vivian Lawrence Jill has revealed in a fresh interview that she gave birth to her first child at the tender age of fifteen.
To this end, the internet and entertainment in Ghana in general are buzzing over this disclosure, even though she had previously disclosed this private information in an old interview.
She answered questions openly about her life and her single status in a video that goes with this piece.
The actress and producer explained her single state, saying that the reason her relationships have failed is because the people involved have not kept their end of the bargain.
Relatedly, Vivian revealed in an interview with Zionfelix in 2017 that she was a final-year senior in high school when she became a mother for the first time, at the age of 15.
She clarified that, in contrast to popular belief, she was not coerced by a man into getting pregnant. She also said that she became pregnant in her senior year of high school.
As the only child of her parents, Vivian revealed that they had given her constant support during her pregnancy.
She said her son, Clinton Prempeh who is presently 24 years old, was born against her mother’s strong religious upbringing, which forbade abortion.
Interestingly, Vivian revealed that the family of her son’s father also demonstrated enormous support during her pregnancy, despite their initial assumption that she was giving birth to a girl.
