In his debut podcast appearance with former Minister of Aviation, Osita Chidoka, Nigerian music star Flavour shared insights into his strict health regimen, which he credits for maintaining his energy and physique.
When Chidoka asked about his eating habits, Flavour openly discussed his unique daily routine, which he admits can be tough but necessary to maintain his lifestyle.
“Nwanne, it is tough, but I will try. First, I don’t eat in the morning; I drink herbal tea and eat at about 5 pm. Second, I don’t eat swallow; I consume minimal carbs. Third, I work out two hours a day,” the musician revealed.
His dedication to health and fitness is something that many fans might not know, given his polished, energetic performances. It’s no secret that maintaining such an image in the music industry demands significant commitment, and Flavour’s routine is a testament to this.

Chidoka, intrigued by the lack of a traditional breakfast in Flavour’s routine, raised a valid concern about the impact of such habits on the singer’s stomach. “Doesn’t that expose you to stomach ulcers, Flavour?” he inquired.
Without missing a beat, Flavour confidently reassured him. “My homemade herbal tea takes care of that; I add condiments that keep ulcers away,” he said.
This, according to Flavour, is part of a holistic approach to wellness that involves careful consideration of what he consumes.
