While Bieber appears to be okay with the sale of his music’s rights, he does not approve of the sale of unlicensed merchandise.
On Monday, the 28-year-old celebrity resorted to Instagram to accuse H&M of selling products with his name and picture without his permission.
“I didnt approve any of the merch collection that they put up at H&M .. all without my permission and approval,” Bieber wrote on his Instagram Stories. “SMH I wouldn’t buy it if I were you.”

H&M has now pulled the merchandise off their U.S. website.
H&M in a statement to Page Six said that they followed “appropriate clearance processes” while launching Justin Bieber merchandise.
Bieber sells his own merchandise on his official website, including hoodies, sweatpants, and T-shirts with his picture and lyrics from his most recent album, Justice.
