Phyna has opened up about her decision to distance herself from her family, revealing that they haven’t made any attempt to contact her since she made her stance clear.
It wasn’t long ago that Phyna publicly dropped her surname, signalling her choice to cut ties with her family due to the way she had been treated over the years.
In a an interview, she shared the painful truth that her family had never truly been there for her. She was forced to navigate life on her own, working tirelessly to build herself up from scratch.
“Everything I have, I did it by myself,” Phyna said, reflecting on her journey. “I fought hard, and now that I’ve found my footing, I don’t want anyone coming into my life to disrupt the peace I’ve worked so hard for.”

Phyna went on to reveal that since her public decision to sever ties, her family has made no effort to reach out, leaving her to feel as though they, too, had essentially disowned her.
