Nana Agradaa found herself in a familiar situation once again as she encountered a troll who was deliberately seeking trouble with her during a recent Facebook live session.
While engaging with her followers, Agradaa, who now identifies as Evangelist Mama Pat after her conversion to Christianity and the decision to become a pastor, faced criticism from a lady who claimed that all Kwahu women were respectable except for Nana Agradaa.
This remark deeply offended Agradaa, prompting her to respond with sarcasm and eventually resorting to insults. Agradaa expressed her disinterest in being perceived as a respectable woman, as she believed that such a status would only lead to hunger and poverty.
She proudly declared herself as the only wealthy woman from the Eastern Region of Ghana and demanded that the lady take her foolishness elsewhere, as she was obstructing her at that very moment.
“That is why except me. Because I am the only Kwahu woman who is rich. I am telling you the gospel truth. All those who are decent are broke and have nothing. Go away with your foolishness, I am blocking you now”, Nana Agradaa said.
She then proceeded to emphasize that achieving success or wealth in life is not synonymous with being morally upright.
She asserted that if she had been morally upright, she would not have compromised her principles to engage in certain activities that earned her money and propelled her to her current position.
Kwahu is an area and group of people who live in Ghana and are part of the Twi-speaking Akan group. The region has been dubbed Asaase Aban, or the Natural Fortress, given its position as the highest habitable elevation in the country. Kwahu lies in the Eastern Region of Ghana, on the west shore of Lake Volta.
