Phyna has denied having dated her former housemate Groovy as depicted in a new video shared by GossipMill TV.
She claimed that all of the personal moments they displayed to fans were staged and that they both understood that they were not dating.
The allegations were made by Phyna while she was a guest on Toke Moments, a television show hosted by Toke Makinwa.
When asked how she and Grooy breakup, Phyna asked; Were we dating? We were never dating, We were playing a game now.”
The BBNaija 2022 winner also said that if she finds a man and it turns out that they are not working out, then she would let it go and focus on her career.
She further said that they decided to end the game since the show is over and another reality show, Big Brother Titans took over from their BBNaija season.

Phyna was in the news recently when she slammed her friend for crashing her brand-new Mercedes-Benz GLE.
The reality TV personality claimed that after leaving Abuja recently, she returned to learn that her ‘beast’ had been damaged in an accident.
Phyna emotionally reacted to the incident on her Instagram story and claimed she would no longer be allowing her friends to easily access her properties.
In a video she posted on her stories, Phyna could be heard speaking amid tears as she asked; “How can I be coming home to this?”
The BBNaija alumnus captioned her post; “I can’t believe I’m coming from Abuja to bad news and I have not even gotten home, this was done to my car, good heart nor go kill me And I’m finally done with everybody Just imagine.”
