A gory accident involving Ghanaian comedian Funny Face has been captured in a video obtained by Tru News Report and originally shared by UTV.
In the footage, a group of people can be seen surrounding Funny Face immediately after the accident, trying to assess the situation.
According to a witness, Funny Face was reportedly drunk driving and knocked down a woman and her two children, one of whom was strapped to her back.
Additionally, a motorcyclist was also injured due to Funny Face’s reckless driving, as he fell to the ground and onlookers rushed to his aid.
Despite the chaos, Funny Face did not speak to reporters and appeared to be struggling to stand, indicating his intoxicated state.
A woman, whose face was not visible in the video, confirmed that the eldest child of the woman involved in the accident had tragically passed away.
Blood was visible on the ground, and a taxi driver, who was seen as the first responder as he rushed in to assist the victims, also confirmed that the child died before they conveyed her to the hospital.
The accident reportedly occurred at Kasoa, Kakraba Junction.
